Shoigu shows up, says the first phase is over, now Donbas's turn.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that now the main “target” Moscow's in Ukraine is “the liberation” of the Donbas region, a sign that Moscow is now focusing on the most limited targets following the face of strong resistance from Ukraine in the first month of the war, writes The Guardian, traces Periscope. The Russian state agency Interfax quoted Shoig as saying: “The goal of the first phase of the operation has been completed. The military potential of Ukraine's Armed Forces is halved significantly, enabling us to focus on the main goal of achieving the grand goal: the liberation of Donbas”.
Shoigu further added that Ukraine's air and defence systems have been destroyed and that Russia now has control over Ukraine's sky.
