Kosovo's government has proposed to the Parliament the list of 10 names for candidates and members of the Procuratory Organisation Board, which will be previously interviewed by the local Commission made up of three judges, Periscope reports. Names that have gone to Kosovo's O Board Convention The EP is: Nita Bata, Milot Spahiu, Arbnor Tmava, Vedat Petreqoj, Faruk Rexha, Bujar Lusshak, Batisha Ibrahimi, Dafina Gashi, Vjosa Gradina-Mejuani and Kimete Gashi.
With the No.0354 verdict of 12,01,2022, Kurti Government has named the Selective Commission, which, on the date of 14,01.2022, has held the meeting to review the CV candidates that have applied. As a result, this commission has examined all required documentation under the competition and has finally placed points for each of them on the basis of accepted CVs.
The commission has reviewed a total of 25 bids.
Periscop has found that among the 10 names the Government has selected for prosecution, some of whom had less points than some who were on the top of ten. So, the government has arbitraryly selected those who have a lower position, ignoring the commission that had named it for employment based on CVs.
It is learned that favoured by the government was Kimete Berisha, who had managed to get only 3.2 points, which has been the last one on the list. The previous one, there was another selection on the list, Vjosa Gradina - Majini, with a total of 3.6 points.
Dafina Gashi has received 4. 1 points and is ranked 19th on the list.
Candidates, Bujar Lushtaku, Vedat Peterqoy, Faruk Reja of Batisha Ibrahimi, have been ranked with a point at first ten.
The commission that has made the position on the basis of the required documentation, in the first ten, which are not recommended by the government, has been candidates: Besim Bajraktari at 6.2 points, Batisha Ibrahimi at 6.8 points, Adem Spahiu at 7.3 points, Boban Petkovic at 7.4 points, Hasim Krasniqi at 7.9 points, and Ardian Behra at 8.1 points, who was second on the list.
Following the candidate proposal for “The Tennders Court” is required by the Kosovo Judicial Council, the three judges' proposal for interviewing candidates.
We remember that in the Kosovo Assembly weeks ago, it had failed for the second time to vote on the appointment of five members of the Procuring Organising Board.
The ruling party, the Vetevendosje Movement, which has majority in Parliament, had not voted for O Board membership candidates The EPS, why all procedures were led under their rule, after the first competition was cancelled.
Later, the Kosovo prime minister's office had opened a new competition for the mayor's election and four OSHP members.
The competition was opened on December 10th, and applications could have taken place by December 24th.
Some of the people who have competed in the latest competition, which were electrocuted on top ten according to the CV, were included in the narrow list of the British Embassy in Kosovo, but also of the local Commission, whose names had gone to the Assembly. The same, though in the first ten points of employment according to the CV, have not been selected by the Government.
Since March 31st, 2021, the Procureing Organisation has been left unplanned, and as a result, complaints by economic operators have been unable to investigate.
All tenders for which there are complaints are suspended and no action can be taken on the part of institutions until the OSHP board is appointed. This has caused major problems as capital investments and goods and services remain blocked as a result of complaints. /PERISCOP - Mentor Buzhala/
