Russian forces have entered the southern Ukrainian town of Kherson, Ukraine's Interior Ministry adviser Vadym Denysenko, reports the Guardian”. Denysenko has said Ukraine still controls the city administration building. Earlier today it was reported that Russian forces started offensive at Kherson.
