The second round of talks between delegations from Ukraine and Russia on the situation in Ukraine is scheduled Wednesday, Russian state media report.
Russian News Agency T The ASS on Tuesday cited a source from the Russian side, saying Wednesday, March 2nd, is the date the two sides had initially agreed on.
Russian state news agency RIA added that the second round of talks will take place in Belarus near the Belarus-Polon border and quoted Belarusian politician Yuri Voskresensky, who is the man close to the talks being held. According to Voskresensky, the first members of delegations are expected to arrive this evening in Belarus's capital, Minsk.
The first round of talks Monday lasted for five hours and ended without any progress.
Ukrainian officials have not yet confirmed that Wednesday is the date for the second round of talks.
