Russia confirms a senior Navy officer killed in Marioupol

Later, a Russian senator from Sevastopol é base of the Black Sea Navy in Russia's annexed Crime confirmed Paly's death in a post in VK.
Ukrainian sources have reported the death of five Russian generals in fighting that erupted with Russia's invasion on February 24th. Russia has officially confirmed only one of these victims, General Andrei Sukhovetsky.
Hard fights are continuing in Marioupol, a town hit by Russian grants, reports the BBC.
