“Putin was relying on NATO partition. My early conversation with him in December and early January was clear to me that he didn't think we could keep this cohesion,” told the media in Brussels today.
“NATO has never been more united than it is today. Putin is taking the exact opposite of what he intended to have, as a consequence of his entry into Ukraine,” added President Biden, broadcast CNN.
