In this statement, NATO says it is increasing security throughout all Allied countries, including cyber security, security against any threat to biological, chemical or nuclear weapons.
NATO says that in April the foreign ministers of the Alliance's member states will meet, where even concrete decisions will be made known to him that the world's largest military alliance calls “the world's largest global security threat for decades” -- Russia's aggression in Ukraine.

We, heads of state and government of 30 NATO countries, met today to address Russian aggression against Ukraine, the biggest threat to Euro-Atlantic security for many decades.
Russia's war in Ukraine has shaken peace in Europe. We condemn Russian invasion in Ukraine, in the strongest terms possible.
We call on President Putin to stop this war immediately and withdraw the army from Ukraine, as well as call on Belarus to halt co-operation, in line with the UN General Assembly Resolution of March 2nd 2022. Russian attacks in Ukraine have threatened global security. This has hurt international norms by making the world less secure. President Putin's escalative rhetoric is irresponsible and destabilizing.
Ukrainians have inspired the world with heroic resistance from Russia's brutal war and its consequences. We strongly condemn Russia's devastating attacks on civilians, including women, children and volunteers involved in the situation.
We will work with the entire international community to hold them responsible for violating human rights and violating international law. It involves war crimes.
We are deeply concerned about the danger of increasing sexual violence and human trafficking. We call on Russia to immediately allow corridors for people's passage and allow humanitarian aid in Marioupol and other besieged cities.
We also condemn attacks on civilian infrastructure, including those with nuclear plants. We will continue to hold Russia accountable for its lies about the attacks in Ukraine and the exposure of false narrator or fake falmurm used in land operations against the civilian population in Ukraine.
Use each Chemical or biological weapons will be unacceptable and the result will have dozens of consequences.
Russia must show its seriousness in negotiations dYou immediately accepted the truce.
We call on Russia to show constructiveness in negotiations with Ukraine so that concrete results can be achieved by starting immediately with the ceasefire, as well as to start withdrawing its troops from Ukraine's territory.
We support Ukraine's efforts to achieve peace and all diplomatic companies together with Allied, where Russia is urged to end this war.
We stand completely solidarity with President Zelensky, the Ukrainian government and brave Ukrainian citizens who are protecting their land.
We honor all those killed in Ukraine, as well as those who were injured, but those who left their homes trying to escape Russian aggression.
We reaffirm our full support for Ukraine's internationally recognised independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity at its existing borders.
Ukraine has the fundamental right to self-defense under the United Nations Charter. Since 2014, we have offered Ukraine our support and believe in its right.
We have trained the forces of Ukraine, strengthened its army and increased its military capacities.
NATO allies have given their support and will continue in the future political and practical support for Ukraine, in its right to defend themselves.
NATO Allies to continue and increase aid on various issues as Cyber security and protection from possible chemical, biological, radiological attacks or even nuclear threats.
NATO Allies have also offered humanitarian support to Ukraine by accepting millions of refugees. The foreign ministers will discuss more thoroughly at a meeting they will hold in April.
We are united in our efforts to hold Russia responsible in its steps to destroy security and stability foundations.
We hold Russia and Belarus responsible.
Massive sanctions have been imposed on Russia in an effort to end this war. We are united and committed to our co-ordination of international pressure on Russia.
We will continue to work closely with our allies and international organisations, including the European Union. A transatlantic co-ordination remains vital for an effective response to the current crisis.
We call on all states, including the People's Republic of China, to join the international rule in the principle of protection of sovereignty and territorial integrity, as specified in the UN Charter, and to abstain from supporting Russia in this war, in any form and not become part of any movement that would help Russia after the sanctions are imposed.
We're worried by public comments made in the past by the People's Republic of China and we call on the sThe Chinese way not to support the false Kremlin Narrative, Especially in this war and NATO, as well as to promote the peaceful resolution of the conflict.
We remain committed to fundamental European principles and global security, including that each nation has the right to decide for itself on the security issue, without any outside interference. We reaffirm our commitment to NATO's Open Door Policy based on Article 10 of the Washington Treaty.
We are taking steps to protect our partners against possible Russian threats or interventions, and we will increase our assistance to help them resist the Russian mountain influence as well as to reinforce their resistance, given the requirements we receive from partnership programmes.
In April, foreign ministers will come up with concrete steps and proposals for the support of our partners.
We will continue to take all steps that are needed to protect our Allied population as well as to protect every palm of the Alliance's territory.
In response to Russia, we have activated NATO's defence plan, moving 400,000 troops to the eastern part, along with military aircraft.
We have also increased forces in Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania.
We are taking all steps to ensure the protection of all allies on 360 degrees.
Our measures are preventative, proportional and non-exequential.
In light of the greatest Euro-Atlantic security threat since decades, we would also increase our share of defence and take further steps by increasing full-scale defence capacities. These steps will also be supported by the exercises of our forces.
We are increasing the protective infrastructure of our societies in response to Russia's evil influence. We're adding our defence capacities to cyberspace, providing support to others in cyber defence.
We're ready to go. Fight Back Those who touch in Our cybersecurity dWe've increased the exchange of information by meaning here and response to disinformation.
We have also increased our preparation to any chemical, biological, radiological or even nuclear threats. We'll take steps and decisions when we meet in Madrid.
All these steps they are taking are our response to the security of the Alliance ( NATO version of us) and the Euro-Atlantic region.
Allies are increasing protection in large measure.
In line with our commitment to Article 3 according to the Washington Treaty, we will reinforce our entire individual and collective capacity to question any possible attacks.
Russia's unprotested war in Ukraine has challenged all the values and norms we've made and brought to the security and prosperity of the entire continent of Europe.
President Putin's election to attack Ukraine was a strategic error, with major consequences for both Russia and the Russian people.
We remain united in our definition of opposing Russian aggression, helping the Ukrainian people and government and to protect all Allies (NATO countries). /
