Other students do the same.
Under such circumstances, they found it necessary to dedicate a space within the school.
So students submitted a request to the school management through their parents.
Its contents required that a school area be dedicated to forgiving students. According to the school principal, Bujar Jocatet, there were about 15 students who addressed such a request. And that was handled by school, despite the legal basis. These show that they had discussed the matter with their parents and students.
According to Jocate, even after that the students had asked for forgiveness at school.
But how is such a matter legally handled in Kosovo?
The legal basis in the country also addresses the issue of practicing religion, originally through administrative instruction.
While in the Law for Pre-university Education, Article 4 prevents promotional activities outside the Kosovo Curiclum Framework, to benefit or harm, among others, religion.
