According to Pacolli, it has energy and idea “to meet conditions to leave historical traces”.

“It was a pleasure to meet Montenegrin Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic, a non-communicable prime minister with energy and ideas to meet the conditions to leave historical traces”, Pacolli wrote.
