Recent Developments in Ukraine Has Alarmed NATO. An extraordinary North Atlantic Council meeting (NAC) at the level of foreign affairs ministers is taking place at NATO headquarters. Meeting to be led by Secretary General NATO, Jens Stoltenberg.
Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Finland and Sweden, the European Union's High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, and Albania's Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Gacka, will attend.
