The European Union's envoy for the Western Balkans, Miroslav Lajcak, has met with Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim in Brussels. Lajcak has provided details from this meeting, stressing that it was not easy to discuss important thematics affecting dialogue.

“Thank you Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, who came to Brussels today. Our discussions about the important thematics for dialogue were not that easy. I appreciate his constructive approach and willingness to find solutions”, Lajcak wrote on Twitter.
