So said German General Erhard Buhler, former KFOR commander in Kosovo, in interview for RTK.
However, he said we should all be concerned because Europe has entered a phase of instability.
Buhler said that after thirty years, this is one of the continent's biggest challenges when no one knows the outcome.
General Buhler said NATO is doing much about the war in Ukraine, both in political and military terms.
On the political level, General Buhler said that all states are united by providing assistance to Ukraine, while in the military, since 2014, the Alliance has continued to support this country's military.
As for Kosovo's NATO membership, General Buhler said it is in the interest of the EU and NATO itself to integrate these countries because the Western Balkans are located in the heart of Europe.
Among other things, General Buhler in this interview also speaks of his predictions of how long Ukrainian Army resistance can last, the call of the president of this country to stop flying on the airspace of this country, and other topics involving war there and possible implications in Europe and the Balkans.
