He has said Putin's regime has used ammunition against innocent civilians and that it constitutes war crime.
“What we have already seen from Vladimir Putin's regime in the use of ammunition they have already laid upon innocent civilians... in my opinion, [it] is already fully qualified as a war crime”, he said in the United Kingdom parliament.

Johnson has said that if Putin adds force the West will do the same through financial assistance provided to Ukraine and economic pressure.
“If Putin adds strength, we will do it, further increasing economic pressure and supporting Ukraine with finance, weapons and humanitarian aid”, Johnson added, saying the United Kingdom “will continue to tighten the link around Putin's regime”.
“Putin must fail in its” venture, Johnson said. “I have no doubt that he will fail and that we will succeed in protecting Ukraine”, Johnson said. / PERISCOP
