Dmitry Orlov, chairman of Enerhodar, northern Ukraine, said they are not supplied with water throughout the city, and are facing lack of electricity in some neighbourhoods.
Yesterday, a large crowd of plant workers and local residents built barricades to block Russian troops' entry into the city, reports the BBC.
Today, President Orlov published Facebook images showing the destruction of residential buildings and a school until the battle there is continuing.
