At the prosecutor's decision, the suspect has been sent to maintenance, while the lifeless body of the victim has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine for Obligation.
“Fsh. Harilaq, Fush Kosovo 11,03.2022 -- 17:26. Kosovo's male suspect has been arrested because his car has hit the infantry, a Syrian national female. The state prosecutor and a medical team have emerged at the scene. The responsible physician has concluded that the victim's body is without signs of life. At the prosecutor's decision, the suspect has been sent to the holding, while the lifeless body of the victim has been sent to the IML for obdition”, the report says.
