Harsh Sweden After Four Russian Airspace Impalers

The Swedish Armed Forces report that 4 Russian fighter planes violated Swedish airspace today.

Russian combat aircraft have violated Swedish airspace on Wednesday. So said Air Force chief Carl-Johan Edström in a press release on the Swedish Armed Forces website.

The Air Force conducted an operation and documented the incident, in the form of photography by Jas 39 Gripen.

There were two Russian combat aircraft of the SU 27 model and two Russian fighter aircraft of the SU 24, which violated Swedish airspace.

The violation, according to the Armed Forces, was short - lived and occurred across the sea east of Gottland.
