France to grant Ukraine $111m

France has allocated another 100m euros in financial and humanitarian aid to Ukraine, the French foreign ministry said in a statement Tuesday. “Facing the humanitarian situation in Ukraine caused by Russia's invasion of the country and in response to Ukrainian authorities' request, France has decided to mobilise a 100 [...] financial package.

France will also provide assistance to Ukrainian refugees in Poland, the statement said.
France has already sent 33 tonnes of urgent aid, which includes tents, blankets, and sleeping bags, to Ukraine through Poland.
They were handed over to Ukrainian authorities Monday, according to the statement.
