The Foundation Court Administration has suspended strike indefinitely

The Constitutional Court Council's strike in Pristina has said the reason for the suspension of the strike is because an agreement for meeting their demands has been offered, reports “The Justice Vow”.

“Greva in the Justice Palace, initiated on March 1st 2022, is suspended for an unappointed time of “, said the first communique point by the Constitutional Court Administration Union Association in Pristina, provided by “The Justice Vow”.

In addition, according to this communique, Kosovo Judiciary Council has reportedly pledged that all their demands will be addressed in relevant institutions.

Otherwise, the strike by officers of the court administration had started on March 1st by the Constitutional Court in Pristina to then continue other courts. This has caused many court cases to fail.

The hearings that were held were only considered urgent and that are cases of domestic violence, detention cases and executions under the ordinance, and the acceptance of pre-emptive complaints.

The demands of the officers of the court administrations are the concept-document for the staff of the country's court administration and prosecutors within the framework of civilian servants, or the Law for Court Administration and Prosecutors, the approach of staff salaries of the court administrations and prosecutors in relation to judges and prosecutors' salaries, and the payment of a daily rod worth three euros, as well as transportation.
