Ukrainian delegates negotiating with the Russian side not to drink and not eat with them after reporting on the poisoning of billionaire Roman Abramovch and Ukraine's negotiators, Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, writes anews, Perskopi has attended.
“E recommends anyone participating in negotiations with the Russian Federation not to drink and eat anything, and it would be preferable to avoid touching any area”, the Minister Kuleba quoted Sky News as saying. The council comes at the time of negotiations between the two parties currently being held in Turkey with the mediation of Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan.
