For those readers who are unaware of what is really going on in this case we explain that; Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi yesterday has tweeted in his account in Titter about a meeting he had with Council of Europe Deputy Secretary Bjorn Berge
Bislimi had announced that Berge had welcomed Kosovo's initiative for membership in the Council of Europe. However, the institution's high official has exposed Bissimi, turning anything he wrote back to Titter is incorrect.
This unfortunately is not an exact description of what I stated at the meeting regarding a possible application to the European Council is the Berge reaction.
