In an effort to strengthen the sentences to Russian military aggression in Ukraine, the European Parliament has called for the consolidation of sanctions against Moscow by European Union states, and has proposed a resolution in which Serbia is mentioned.
According to the text of the resolution, the European Union on one of its lines cites the consequences Serbia will have by failing to join European countries in imposing sanctions on Russia.
The European Parliament has condemned Serbia's non-advention in sanctions against Russia, citing such a thing as determining for the integration process.
“We reiterate that a candidate country for EU membership should meet not only the criteria for membership, but also agree with the European Union's foreign policy and security”, says the draft resolution in which Serbian Tanjug says it had access. /Periscope
