INT ERVIEW/ Isa Mustafa: Kurti government completely missed, with unrealistic politics, but for the people's ear

Mustafa has commented on price hikes and on how the Kurti Government is responding to, whose governance it values as a failure. He has also talked about dialogue with Serbia and the approach of the current government, without even putting a deadlock in recognition.

All in the end, former head of the LDK has also given his opinion on the scandal or FAKE-NEWS recognised Mr. Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has been compared to representatives of the European Council.

Below in full interviews:

Periscope:  How do you assess the governance of Prime Minister Albin Kurti so far?

Isa Mustafa: The government has had many challenges that it has failed to manage. She has been challenged with the fall into the network of many of her promises and has thus lost much time in reasoning and blaming others. It hasn't shown performance in most fields.

Periscope: What is your comment on price hikes and not some measure response from the Kurti Government?

Isa Mustafa: The government was obsessed with price hikes, while energy prices took an active role, even though it does not belong to them. When prices crossed every border and Kosovo became the champion of rising prices without any basis, the government remembered that this too is its job. Too late, because citizens were damaged. Apart from legal measures against speculators and abusers, the government was no match for any strategy in how to create balloons in the market and stabilise prices.

Periscope:  How do you assess the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process currently?

Isa Mustafa: The dialogue is on technical topics, which more answers Serbia than we do, because it has the interest to buy time. Meanwhile, Kosovo needs dialogue for mutual recognition. The impression that current institutions are fearing this dialogue is won.

Periscope: Prime Minister Kurti mentioned he would pay a visit to the US last November and was not yet realised. Why do you think he still has a first official visit to America?

Isa Mustafa: Visits to the US and not protocols require Kosovo, but the US. There must be an interest in them, an assessment or expectation of this government to arrange meetings. These meetings are most necessary for Kosovo.

Periscope: What are the steps Kurt must take regarding the prices raised in Kosovo?

Isa Mustafa: A strategy with temporary fiscal policy measures and trade partnerships with the countries our country is supplied from.

Periscope: Where is Kosovo in the international arena in terms of new recognitions?

Isa Mustafa: Mrs. Gervala has spoken about Greece and the possibility of recognising Kosovo as a state from Greece, stressing that I am not Burdush nor Nostradamus to know when Greece will recognise us, Minister Gervala has said. There is no recognition without working closely with strategic partners, especially with the US. Even the issue of recognition by Greece is related. What happened to the American gas pipeline? Someone has to answer.

Periscope: How did you comment on the scandal or FAKE-NEWS) as our Deputy Secretary of the Council of Europe Bjorn Berge has praised Deputy Secretary of the Council of Europe?

Isa Mustafa: It's not just Mr. Bislimi. There's a lot of missed and missed. The allegations are the result of policies to satisfy the local ear. For unfortunately, rulers and not only are they more interested in expressing themselves as the people do than in telling the truth to the people. The canonadas for NATO and EU membership are equally logical. It would be better to speak out and work with dedication to the Council of Europe, for NATO and the EU, because there are rules and criteria that we do not make but they.
