Durmish is reasoned: We're gonna get the whole mandate working on inherited problems.

Durmish in “Debat Plus” with Ermal Pandur at RTV Dukaagjini has said that when they arrived in office they face serious problems with the expropriations of the owners the state has taken over their land to build roads.

When we came to the Government we found the approved budget. There are many projects that have long started and dragged on for years and that now we have to solve these problems. We have found a budget of 2.2m euros for all expropriations in Kosovo. Most contracts have main problems with property. This shows that the preliminary government does not plan to continue any of the projects launched”, he said, submits Telegrafi.

With a review of the June budget, we raised the budget to 4 million, until late 2021 we managed to pay for distribution of 23m euros. We've found 182m euros in debt for drilling”.

Durmish says that progress in road construction cannot be expected in the current situation of drilling.

With debt of 182m euros, you cannot solve inherited problems as the best economist in the world. It will take us a few years to solve these problems. So we get the whole mandate to solve problems that have left us”.

Durmish says this government must compensate the owners of the land for 12 roads that have been built much weather so that the state does not end up in judicial procedures.

Deputy Minister of Infrastructure says Kijevo Street transfer - Zahaq has been cancelled because of some abnormalities related to expropriation.

“In the initial assessment, drilling is estimated to cost around 8m euros, until finally the Finance Ministry commissions have concluded that the drilling amounts to more than 40m euros”.

Durmish says even the canceled transmission of Kijevo Street - Zahaq says it was very strange.

“That many had zig-zagees in the project as if the properties of the designated” were followed, Durmish said, among other things.
