What does the indictment say, according to the Law Vow?

Retkocer's name would also be coveted in the PAN coalition, where, after a suspicious process, he was appointed a member of the Deposit Management Company Board in 2019. The decision was approved at a meeting of Haradinaj Government on April 2nd, 2019.
His appointment was suspected to have been carried out contrary to the Public Enterprise Law.
Retkocer was named at the Depond Management Company Board at the same time he served as municipal adviser in Lipjan.
