Kosovo Police spokesman for the North Mitrovica region Besim Hoti told Gazeta Express that a farewell letter and a firearm has been found at the scene near him.
A person's lifeless body around 11:30. At the scene, a farewell letter was found in his car as well as a firearm. The body was sent for obdusion”, Hoti said.
The deceased is Serb.
