Dead 15-year-old as Suspect of 14-year-old Pristina Murder

A 15-year-old man suspected of killing 14-year-old in Pristina has been detained.

The Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor says the suspect has been detained for 48 hours and tasked with criminal activity “heavy murder” and “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons””

“Foundation Procurory in Pristina, announces the public opinion that with the prosecutor's decision by the Department of Mitur, the 15-year-old suspect has been detained, due to suspicion that in 01.03.2022, on the Fazliu” in Pristina, has deprived the deceased (mural) of life, 14-year-old, with a sharp tool. The suspect at the prosecutor's order has been sent to 48 hours' length maintenance for criminal acts “heavy murder” and “keep ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, provided under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. To the same, the Department of Mitur's prosecutor will take further procedure actions. While, at the order of the prosecutor the victim has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine, for objectivity”, the Prosecution Community says.

The prosecutor of the case will continue with the investigative action company until the full clarification and enlightenment of this criminal case.

For the 14-year-old Pristina murder that took place Tuesday morning in Pristina, Minister of Education, Science and Technology Arberie Nagavci has also reacted.
