This comes after an aid sent on March 11th by Charity Fireship Aid and the National Council of Fire Chiefs, the BBC reports.
Mike Pitney, who runs the convoy, said he knows a lot of people in Ukraine.
I've been going to Ukraine for 10 years, so I have friends and family there”, he said.
A convoy of 22 fire operations are being heard from Ashford to Ukraine today, transport movement & vital equipment for firelights.
