In a video address posted on social media, Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, called on Russian troops to surrender.
On behalf of the Ukrainian people, we give you a chance to live. If you surrender to our forces, we will treat you as people should be treated: with dignity”, Zelensky said. / REL
