Biden said that “Putin should not remain in power”, quickly reacts to Kremlin

The Kremlin has reacted quickly, following US President Joe Biden's statements in Warsaw, Poland, where it is addressed to the Russian people, saying Vladimir Putin should not remain in power. <x)
“For God's sake, this man should not remain in power”, Biden said in a public address to his Polish capital.
From the Kremlin they said that I cannot decide President Biden for that.
According to Reuters, a Kremlin spokesman has responded: “does not belong to Beden to decide. The president of Russia is elected by the Russians. ”
A White House official has said that Biden has not called for overthrowing the regime, but has wanted to make it clear that Putin should not be allowed to exercise his power even to neighbours in the region.
Beden, while staying in Warsaw, has met with Ukrainian ministers, but even refugees who are passing through the border with Poland to the states of Europe
