The citizens' taxes are collected through various taxes, whether in business activities or personal income, while the defence ministry's support in case it is necessary should be done through the budget re-admission process, or also through donations that have a legal way of coming to the military and they become state donations to the state, and not the money that comes from citizens who may have unintelligent resources. Our international partners who work with us in strength will oppose this. The government should make the law this show and bring it to the Assembly”, Berisha told Periscope in the municipality hall.

Berisha also said such a decision is more than hasty and totally populism.

So any initiative launched to support the force if necessary is good, but don't forget that the force is developed on the basis of a 10-year transition plan where any purchase is planned.
