According to ATK, during this action they were seized: Confirmable documentation, utility sales bill, customer evidence for service performed (paying), stock product list, 2 USB and electronic files extraction from 5 computers.
The event has been held for tax evasion.
The aim of this action company was to investigate business transactions to a company that transactions based on information received by third parties, as well as their comparison to information available in the ATK database, have calculated the disagreement of statements made in ATK in relation to information provided by third parties.
DHTI after following all procedures with the Prosecutor and following the adoption of a raid by the Pre-emptive Procedure Judge, with the aim of securing evidence we have conducted a search action (control) ”, the communiqué says. /Express

Today the Kosovo Tax Administration, namely the Department of Tax Investigations in Kosovo Police Assistance, has conducted investigative action in Pristina.
The purpose of this action was to investigate business transactions to a company that transactions based on information received from third parties, as well as their comparison with the information we access to on the ATK database, we have calculated differences of statements made in ATK in relation to information provided by third parties.
DHTI after following all procedures with the Prosecutor and following the adoption of a warrant for raid by the Pre-emptive Procedure Judge, with the aim of securing evidence we have carried out a search action.
