The court suggests that they have also been suspended from office by FSHF Secretary-General Ilir Schulk and Regional Football Association Secretary General Ardian Hachi. The reason is related to preparations that Duke, Shulk and Hachi are making for organising the 2 March Assembly in opposition to the law and five rulings handed down by the Court last week.

Masters have landed a few days ago at the offices of the Albanian Football Federation to ban the March 2nd assembly, which, under the Court's ruling, is suspended. The FSHF assembly was suspended by the Court due to investigations launched for election manipulation, deciding their postponement until the full investigation of the case.
Master Basha sh.p.k. has executed the court's ruling against the federation president by banning the illegal assembly meant to hold the FSHF. The court accepted the request to secure the indictment by ordering the completion of the verdict's execution. The court ordered the suspension of the legal effects of the ruling No.1, the date 10,01.2022 of the FSF Verification Commission, as well as any action or other act to come into effect on the decision, for the realisation of the general election assembly of the FSHSF, date 02.03.2022, until the conflict was resolved with a decision of definite form.
Opposition to its implementation, according to the court, constitutes criminal offence, warning senior FSF leaders with prosecution.
