That's why Hoxha is following the legal path. In the afternoon of Tuesday, Hoxhaj's lawyer, Gent Djind, handed out criminal charges against those responsible at the Kosovo Police Directorate.
Through this criminal row of law lawyer Djind said they are seeking Amir's return to his workplace.
Knowing that I'm my side attorney here is about police official Amir Hoxha. We are now handing over here to the Court of Justice, respectively, a criminal outcry and a civil indictment, which has something to do with the police officer who long ago posted a post at the newsroom Facebook; and has been simply a free thought without offense, without giving political comets something, without apt and without disturbing the image of the police, he has been suspended. It's been a three-day suspension, but that suspension is unfortunately being done now indefinitely. We in this civil indictment that we're going to file will try to get Amir back to work, compensate, and the police will correct the mistakes he made to”, he said.
Lawyer Djind after handing over the indictment, said Hoxhaj's suspension has been a deliberate and biased campaign for what it stresses is unacceptable.
“Criminal call will take place for the responsible persons in the Kosovo Police Directorate because contingental inflation through the Croatian state and Kosovo have been on official roads and on official channels, now these inflations will be published on social networks publicly lynching Amir Hoxha for us is unacceptable because there has been a targeted and biased campaign that is unacceptable for us and with this criminal collusion the persons who have done this will take due criminal responsibility”, he said.
Kosovo police have been declared days ago over the suspension of police official Amir Hoxha, and according to the same police has been suspended under suspicion of internal disciplinary violations.
“The police are the apolitical structure in the service of all citizens indiscriminately in their orientations so all its officials should refrain from commenting whether they are political or such types sanctioned with administrative guidelines”, it was said in clarifying the police provided days ago.
The Kosovo Police Union has also reacted to the case, saying that in defense of all police members in all their legal requirements, as well as to protect all legal actions determined with orders, instruction and legal authorisations.
