Police spokesman for the Gjakova region Nusret Djurkaj has confirmed the case, who said the suspect has been arrested and detained for 48 hours at the prosecutor's orders.
Police have announced that the case was reported by the mother of the girls who had declared in the police that her co-ordinator had violated one girl and had sexually assaulted the other.

By the date 07.02.2022, at 11:20 in the Regional Investigation Sector, the complainer (mother) has arrived with her two minor age girls (2006 and 2007) to report cases of rape. Based on her husband's interview (Ashkali) her father had probably violated one girl and had sexually attacked the other repeatedly (but that exact dates do not remind you). The two minor victims were interviewed in the presence of the State Attorney, the official from the Centre for Social Affairs, the parent-mother, and the defenders. The suspected person has been arrested and held in police custody for 48 hours at the order of the State Prosecutor. The ongoing investigation.
