Kosovo company on the Black List: It was contracted to $350,000 for services in fighting pandemic

The Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) has published a communiqué for media suggesting that a company that was introduced on the Black List of Economic Operators has won contracts worth $350,000.
KDI reports that this company was introduced to the Black List with the Procureing Organisation's decision on February 1st of last year, and that under procurement regulations it could not offer or contract for a period of one year.
But KDI reports that the company "Interlab St. P. K”, contracted before the blacklist deadline was completed, on January 13th, 2022 and less than us for $350,000 respectively.
