The indictment said that at those moments the accused, Adorim Krasniqi, had punched the injured Ndue Selmanaj in the head, while the accused Cakiqi had fired on Agon Selmanaj, shooting at his left leg and causing slight bodily injuries, while the three had fled the scene.

For these actions, the accused Cakiqi is being charged with criminal work “slight bodily exhumation”, while accused of worshiping Krasniqi with criminal acts “canos” and “amership without permission”.
