As reported by the British newspaper, 84 violations have been recorded over the last 24 hours by Russian-backed forces, 64 of which are prohibited from Minsk's agreements.
As a result of the promotions, two Ukrainian soldiers died from injuries while 12 military officers were injured, the Ukraine Defence Ministry reports.
