According to the indictment, defendant Ekrem Rexhepi is charged with criminal acts “The sex services of trafficking victim”, from Article 228 paragraph 7 concerning KPRK's paragraph 1 and “Trafficking with people”, from Article 165 paragraph 2 concerning KPRK paragraph 1, while defendant Shkel Kamberi is in charge of criminal work “The trafficking victim's sexual services”, from Article 228 paragraph 7 concerning KPRK's paragraph 1:x6>.
Adnan Isufi, the judge of this case, decided that because of the protection of integrity and personality of the injured and to ensure a fair trial for the defendants, the judgment will be carried out.
