As The Guardian reported on Thursday, Putin declared that these attacks are taking place in response to the damage of the bridge linking Moscow and the annexed Crime.
The Russian president also accused Ukraine of destroying the Kursk nuclear power plant, which provided Donnetsk with water.
There's a lot of noise about our attacks on the energy infrastructure of a neighboring country. We're doing it, but who started it? Water failure for a city of more than one million people is an act of genocide”, Putin added.
He accused the West of <x0 total fighting”, saying he has shown bias against Russia.
“As soon as we move and do something in response, there is noise spreading across the entire universe”, he added.
Part of Kiev's residents in Ukraine is still without electricity supply and drinking water due to Russian attacks. Ukrainian authorities have stressed that they will do everything to ensure that Ukraine is properly supplied.
