Marching Gruda from the Democratic Party of Kosovo has indicated that this party will submit these two laws to the Constitutional Court.

“We have voiced initial opposition to the law for public officials and salaries because they have been made under conditions of complete transparency and because they violate the Kosovo Constitution”.

“In the case of the law for public officials, violates the obligations Kosovo has made through the SAA to the European Union and violates human rights for civil servants”.

The “in the case of the law on wages is done in a total lack of transparency because the salary law is voted today, but no one in Kosovo knows how much the salary is. Today no one knows whether his salary has grown or reduced”.

He has voiced confidence that the Constitutional Court will bring down these laws that have been adopted today in the Kosovo Assembly. /Kankosova
