Neymar has been acquitted of all charges by the Spanish court in the case of fraud in connection with his transfer from Santos to Barcelona in 2013.
The Brazilian Superstar and his alleged colleagues, including his father and Barcelona's former presidents, Josep Maria Bartholomew and Sandro Rose, have all been acquitted.
The charges involved the passage of Neymar from Santos to Barcelona in 2013 and were raised by the Brazilian DIS company. The company owned 40 percent of Neymar's rights while he was on the Brazilian team and claimed they owed some of his transfer money to Barcelona.
The DIS had demanded a five-year prison sentence for Neymar and a fine of 149m euros for defendants, Kosova Prees followed.
“has not been proven to have had a false contract or that the DIS is intended to damage”, the court said in a brief statement.
The 30-year-old will take a break after Brazil's loss in the 2022 World Cup quarterfinal to Croatia before returning to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Ligue 1 champions will return to action on December 28th against Strasbourg.
