Minister Roseta Hajdari fined for failing to declare property

Industry, Intervention and Trade Minister Roseta Hajdari has been sentenced to 700 euros in fines for failing to declare property. The court says the accused Hajdari “has been found guilty and sentenced to fine sentences of 700 (seven) euros, which the sentence will be executed in the 15 days term from the day this act becomes almighty”.
The “that was charged with R.H in the quality of the top public official, such as Ministry of Economy, Employment, Trade, Industry, Strategic Intervention and Investments in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, being aware of its legal obligation has not respected Article 6 paragraph 1 under Article 1, concerning Article 7 of the Law for the Declaration, Determination and Cleaning of High Public Officials<1>, the Court.
Meanwhile, if the minister does not wish or can't pay the fine sentence, the same will be replaced by imprisonment, counting on him for a day in prison amount of 20 euros.
