Insulent tender: OSHP called for measures against Berat Marmulaku, but CHAP condemns Ismet Hysen

The procedure for the move began on procurement official Berat Marmulaku, but ended with consequences for his chief, Ismet Hyseni, writes Schneta newspaper.
