Command issued for commitment to Nol Nushi

Nushi was also accused of criminal work “Disillusion or damage to property”, but Judge Donika Shala-Abdyli announced that the same has already reached the absolute prescription of prosecution,

According to the indictment on January 18, 2016, the accused Nol Niushi is charged that on November 17th and November 18, 2015, from 12: 00 p.m. to about 8:00 p.m., he has taken part in the protest mob, which has been scrapped and despite the fact that the rule forces were lined up and keeping the situation under control, Nushi as active participants in the protest has seriously attacked Kosovo police officers, striking rocks, concrete cubes and other strong means.
