According to the indictment, the same one has been obliged to pay both procedural and 30 euros on behalf of the judiciary and 50 euros for compensation of crime victims.
Similarly, at the initial session held on the same day, after reading the indictment by prosecutor Hivzi Bajraktari, accused Isufi has been found guilty.
I feel very repentant and I hope it never happens again”, Isufi said.
This plea of guilt was not rejected by prosecutor Bajraktari and was subsequently approved by the Justice of the Shyti case.
Otherwise, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, in August 2022, has filed charges against Jonathan Isufi, who charged him with criminal work “retaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
According to the indictment, from the indefinite date of June 27th to June 2022, defendant Isufi, contrary to the applicable law regarding weapons, has held the firearm “Cervena zastawa” with a caricator and six rounds of calibre 7.65 mm.
The instance says that on the high date of the restaurant “Halim” in Pristina, Kosovo Police- The Unit for Fast Reaction during a routine check, has detained defendant Isufi, and in case of his legitimacy and inspection, his upper weapon has been found and seized.
With this, Isuffy was accused of committing criminal work “retaining, unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 136, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK), the act punishable by fines of up to 7 thousand and 500 euros or imprisonment for up to five years.
