The ministry reasons the scandal on honouring Serbian soldiers: He says they weren't honored, even though it's obvious that they were.

The Defence Ministry has come up with a response to the participation of the KSF's Ceremonial Guard at the 104th anniversary of the end of World War I, at the Christian cemetery in Arberi, Pristina, where the KSF was ready near the memorial plaque of busy soldiers in 1912-18. Although images testify that Guard [...]
Even though the images testify that the KSF Guard honored the fallen Serb soldiers, the Defence Ministry denies this.
“The commemorative plaques of these two nations' fall are located in a common space with the 1912-1918 Serb fallen plaque, but that as a time-time event and activity in question have no connection. Again we point out that the Togu of the Ceremonial Guard has taken part in the French Embassy's supportive formation, under their organisation, with the aim of honouring fallen French and German soldiers”, it is said in their response.
Full response:
Regarding the news published by some media that the supposedly Ceremonial Guard Togu has paid tribute to the Serbian fallen in 1912, it becomes clear that it is not true.
With the date 11,11.22, the Togu of the Ceremonial Guard and the KSF Spirit Orchestra, at the invitation of the French Embassy and the German Embassy, has attended the organised ceremony to honour the fall of French and German soldiers during World War I in 1914-1918.
The memorial tablets of these two nations ' fallens are located in a common space with the Serbian fallen plaque of 1912-1918, but that as events in time or with activity in question have no connection.
Again we note that the Togu of the Ceremonial Guard has taken part as a support formation of the French Embassy, under their organization, with the aim of honouring fallen French and German soldiers. The physical position of our guards is imposed by the position of corresponding memorial plates and platforms, and in no form are Serbian fallens honored.
The Ministry of Defence and KSF always honours only valuable peoples of freedom, peace and democracy and by no means those who have been destabilising factors in each stage and perpetrators of crime and terror.
