Democratic League of Kosovo MP Avdullah Hoti has stressed that today the Kosovo economy lacks 500m euros. And then the minister of finance, Iron Murati, himself, reacted, who said this is dezinforms.
MP Hoti said the banking balance is twice as much, while capital investments are the lowest in the last 20 years.
“Bank balance has worked twice as much as necessary and lower capital investments ever seen Kosovo in 20 years, even at the time of pandemic, and according to my estimates today, Kosovo's economy lacks about 500m euros because you are not even leaving the means to citizens, nor are you spending yourself“, he said.
Later, Finance, Labour and Transference Minister Hekuran Murati called the dezinforms what MP Hoti said.
According to him, inflation has slowed the pace of capital investments.
“With the disinformation that you just said lack money in the economy which is false, compared to last year the banking balance is lower in the 7-month report, even in yesterday's current report. So the banking balance is lower that more money has entered the economy and if you look at other categories of rescue because it's being manipulated by the number of capital investments because of inflation and because of the rise of prices that have forced employees it has nothing to do with blockades from the government, but because the chief workers have been reluctant to do the slow-down of capital investments at the central level and local <x0, he said.
