Haradinaj reveals details from the draft of the Kosovo-Serbia agreement: Capitals received from UN card

Haradinaj said this draft is divided into several chapters that were taken by the UN Charter.

He says these chapters regulate relations between states.

How it came to the document, doesn't write a document on the terun, but the parties are heard, discussed, there's a lot of discussions. On the other hand, he indicated that this agreement speaks of recognition and community rights, as the case of Association and the Serbian Church says.

This agreement goes where it needs to, so it essentially touches the relationship between independent states, each in the rights it has, so it speaks of two international subjects with equal rights, so it's full recognition in chapter 2. There is also the obligation not to interfere with the prospect of membership and these, but also has what we know, community rights, such as the event of association as the Serbian Church, are part of the agreement on chapters”, Haradinaj said.
