Of the many rules Qatar has set, one of them is that of smoking.
So Qatar has banned smoking in stadiums during the World Football Cup, scheduled for from November 30th to December 18th.
The ban on using electronic cigarettes seems excessive, as Qatar already bans imports, sales and purchases. The violators risk fines of up to two thousand $500 or three months in prison.
