The prosecution reports that, on October 04th 2022 in Gjakova, defendant E.N., using force forces the other person to commit sexual acts without her consent, the minor injury.

The prosecutor in the case against the defendants has demanded a 30-day detention measure, and the same, under the prosecutor's order, is in detention from October 04th, 2022.
The prosecution has also sought custody of the person M.H., due to the suspicion given that he committed criminal work “Dhunmi”, against another minor girl.
The prosecution reports that, October 04th, 2022, the defendant committed sexual acts with the other person without her consent, with the injured being minor. The defendant had established love ties to the injured and after contacting and meeting, they go to a motel where the defendant engages in sexual relations with the minor victim, and then the case appears in police”.
The prosecutor in the case against the defendants has demanded a 30-day detention measure, and the same, under the prosecutor's order, is in detention from October 04th, 2022.
